Sleeps up to 3 persons: bedroom equipped with one double and one single bed,living room-kitchen with single bed , kitchenette, TV, wi-fi free,WC-dishwasher hower,induction plates and balcony. Common room with washing machine, freezer, ironing-board and skidepot. Dogs are allowed. We rent for long or short periods.We provide bed linen and towels.Check in from 2,00 pm Check out 10,00 am.
We require a deposit of one-third of the total stay. Cancellations made up to 30 days before your scheduled arrival date will be fully refunded. Cancellations made between 30 and 4 days before your scheduled arrival date will be eligible for a later stay at current rates for the same period of time, subject to availability, if cancelled within one year. Cancellations made within 4 days of your scheduled arrival date will forfeit the deposit.

From 1 July 2025 the Municipality of Sappada applies the tourist tax of € 2.00 per person per day up to 7 days. From the eighth day onwards the tax is no longer due. Children up to 10 years old do not pay the tourist tax.

or a change of linen request (for bedroom and bathroom) the cost will be € 35.00, for the change of bathroom linen only the cost will be € 20.00 as well as the change of bedroom linen only.4-legged friends will be welcome.
