We ask for a deposit for a third of the total amount of the stay, this amount in case of cancellation of the reservation made up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, will be fully refunded, for cancellations between 30 and up to 4 days from the scheduled date of arrival. upon arrival, the amount of the deposit can be recovered in another period, with current prices, for the same days booked and canceled within one year based on availability to be agreed. For cancellations communicated in the last 4 days from the scheduled date upon arrival the amount of the deposit will be lost.
